How long does it take my order to ship?

Good question! We know how excited you are about your order and promise to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your non-personalized order to be shipped to you. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your personalized order to arrive. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Jen Loves Photography & Design accepts Paypal and Check only.

Do you accept international orders?

Not at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. All orders placed in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25 % sales tax.

Can I place a custom order?

ABSOLUTELY!! We pride ourselves on our personlization! Custom orders are available and in some case a design fee may apply. Please contact jen@jenlovespaper.com for more information.

Can I see a proof before you print our order?

 Yes!! Our Proofing Policies are as follows: 


One time digital proofs are available for every personalized product.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your digital proofs. Multiple proofing fee $7 a proof. Please carefully review for spelling adjustments and any other final changes before checkout. Any errors noticed after print shall be remedied only at the SAME COST to replace. Amendments or cancellations after checkout may not be honored. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to fully check the proof for any errors, misspellings, etc.  JEN LOVES PAPER is unable to accept responsibility for any errors after a file has been approved for printing. JEN LOVES Photography goods are ALL SALES FINAL. Ther are no returnes or refunds on deposits, photographs, digital files, or photo goods. 


Please carefully review digital proofs before checkout.  All Digital files and photography products are non refundable. Photography goods and products are ALL SALES FINAL, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be given after final checkout. 

 What is your return policy? 

Personalized paper products and stationery goods are non-refundable. JEN LOVES PAPER is unable to accept responsibility for any errors, mispellings, etc after a proof has been approved for printing. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced, if an item arrives damaged or broken contact us ASAP for a replacement. Email info@jenlovesphotography.com 

Can I use Another Photographers Images for Products?

YES! We do create products using images from other photographers, but only with the express permission of your photographer. A custom printed order includes a digital photograph that was taken by a professional photographer, your order must be accompanied by a photo copyright release form. Please contact our customer service department for the form at info@jenlovesphotography.com
